Outside of work, Alicia is a proud mom through adoption and an advocate for adoptive families. Her two amazing children grew in her heart long before they entered her life, and they are the center of her world. Alicia has called Colorado home for the past 22 years, and although she’s not a native, she likes to say she got here as fast as she could. She loves spending time outdoors with her children and their two Labs—whether it’s camping, kayaking, hiking, or relaxing on a beautiful beach. Nature and meaningful connections with others are what keep her grounded and inspired.
